ARCAD offers to members of the VAR programme unlimited email support for all of their products covered with relevant Maintenance and Support programs.
As well as our free support for installation related questions, we are able to provide resources to help you plan and implement your next installation or upgrade of TUXBASE.
TUXBASE runs on Windows and a number of Unix platforms, including Linux, SCO, AIX and other manufacturer specific versions.

When buying off-the-shelf software, you always run the risk that it won't be a 100% fit to your requirements.

Our Technical Support
Value Added Reseller programme and the associated Maintenance and Technical Support Programmes are the main means of ARCAD support.
A significant portion of the Maintenance and Technical Support Programme is allocated to providing software updates during your VAR agreement period. This service incorporates continuous updates and enhancements of ARCAD products usually released as service packs. These are available free of charge to members of the VAR programme.
Purchasers of new products, runtimes and updates to the latest version are entitled to 30 days free support for installation-related issues.
If, within 30 days of purchase, you find that the software does not work as documented or does not meet your needs and we are unable to address the issues, we will give you a full refund less AUD$50 (per licence) for administration costs.
To be eligible for this refund, you must return all the materials including licences, you must destroy all copies of the software you may have made, and you must stop using the software. We reserve the right to request this undertaking in writing on your company letterhead. We do not refund out-of-pocket expenses such as shipping.
